VersiCare is company built on a very simple principle: Helping People Succeed. Operating seven distinct brands in Midwest and Southeastern states, VersiCare serves thousands of children and adults through federal, state and local home- and community-based programs. With a focus on providing much-needed services to individuals – and their caregivers – with intellectual and developmental disabilities and related issues, VersiCare has grown through acquiring small and mid-size organizations and allowing them to maintain their brand autonomy. VersiCare brings these organizations – many of which were not-for-profit and constantly struggling for support – financial stability along with backend services that allow the staff at the local level to focus on high-quality service and outcomes for the individuals they serve.

VersiCare is led by a team with deep experience in providing operational leadership and integration implementation for companies experiencing significant growth organically and through acquisition.
VersiCare aims to become the premier regional provider of intellectual and developmental services, as well as related offerings, through increased market share in regions we currently serve, adding new services for current clients and by entering new target markets and states.
There is long-term demand for services in the 60-million-person home and community-based market that is growing 6-8% annually. In the U.S. alone, there is a backlog of more than 600,000 individuals needing the kinds of services we provide.
Today, this is a highly fragmented market consisting primarily of local-based organizations, many of which are nonprofits reliant on decreased grant opportunities and ongoing fundraising to survive. We are able to provide them with financial stability, backend services and the ability to strengthen current offerings, while adding new services.
Thanks to its strong financial backing, VersiCare is poised to leverage this opportunity and become a regional and national leader in the market.
