July 2023 – VersiCare Group Continues Expansion in Kentucky with Acquisition of Open Doors

VersiCare Group (“VersiCare”) announces the acquisition of Open Doors, a leading provider of residential care and Family Home Provider (“FHP”) services for individuals with developmental disabilities (“I/DD”) under Kentucky’s Supports for Community Living (“SCL”) Waiver program.

The transaction marks the fourth in Kentucky for VersiCare, expanding the Company’s footprint and operational capacity to the forefront of FHP providers in the state. The purchase reinforces VersiCare’s dedication to enhancing the lives of individuals through premium, personalized, home and community-based services.

March 2023 – VersiCare Group acquires Marpe Therapy Services in Kentucky

VersiCare Group (“VersiCare”) announces the acquisition of Marpe Therapy Services (“Marpe Therapy”), a veteran-owned provider of I/DD services located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The partnership serves as a key milestone for VersiCare and its family of companies, advancing on the shared mission to increase access and improve quality of care for the developmentally disabled population in the lower Midwest and Southeast United States.

October 2021- VersiCare Group and Associates in Pediatric Therapy Announce Further Expansion in Elizabethtown KY

Associates in Pediatric Therapy (“APT”), an operating affiliate of VersiCare Group, announces further expansion of its services to Elizabethtown, KY. The new clinic, located at 529 Westport Road, becomes the second Kentucky site to open in six months for APT, following the opening of its Florence location last April. The Shelbyville-based company plans on opening a few more locations in the state before year’s end.

The Elizabethtown clinic will offer a variety of pediatric therapy services for children, including Speech, Occupational, and Physical therapies. These services will help address any challenges a child might have at school, home, or in life.
