By enrolling in VersiCare Group’s SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages (e.g., service updates, alerts, and reminders) under these Terms, in compliance with TCPA 2025 and CTIA guidelines.

Opt-In Consent

Consent to receive SMS messages must be provided during the web form opt-in process.

• Web Form: Customers provide consent by checking a clearly labeled checkbox explicitly stating SMS program enrollment at the time of form submission.
• Message frequency varies but will not exceed 3–5 messages per day unless a notification event occurs.

• Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to opt out.
• Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
