VersiCare Group (“VersiCare”) announces the acquisition of Marpe Therapy Services (“Marpe Therapy”), a veteran-owned provider of I/DD services located in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The partnership serves as a key milestone for VersiCare and its family of companies, advancing on the shared mission to increase access and improve quality of care for the developmentally disabled population in the lower Midwest and Southeast United States.

Marpe Therapy provides supported living skills and community integration under KY Medicaid’s Supports for Community (SCL) and Michelle P Waiver (MPW) programs. The Company supports individuals and families in 17 different counties across southwest Kentucky.
