Our mission is to provide a person-centered approach to developing relationships to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Open Doors put the needs of individuals they serve first and foremost with a goal of helping individuals grow and accomplish milestones with their ambitions and personal relationships.

Associates in Pediatric Therapy provides an array of therapies for children with special needs, as well as services for the whole family using a holistic, team approach. APT has 10 therapy clinics throughout Kentucky with a focus on opening clinics in rural areas so children may receive the quality of services they need closer to their home. We have school and community partners to offer pediatric therapy services to students and attendees. We bring therapy to the children in environments where they are most comfortable.
